Order Processing & Shipping

At SalonSupplyUSA, all orders are processed and shipped within the United States using fully tracked courier services. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 6–7 business days from the order date, depending on product availability and carrier scheduling.

We work with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.

Delivery Timeframe

Orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Total estimated delivery time: 6–7 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Delivery schedules may vary due to carrier capacity, weather conditions, or product-specific handling requirements.

Order Processing Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only. Availability for shipping to other regions may vary and will be displayed at checkout if applicable.

Shipping Costs & Options

Shipping costs and delivery options are calculated at checkout and may vary by product and destination. Available options may include:

  • Standard curbside delivery

  • Threshold delivery

  • White glove delivery (where available)

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Address Changes

Requests to update shipping addresses must be made immediately after placing an order. Changes requested after processing or shipment may not be possible and could result in additional carrier fees.

Delays & Cancelations

If an unexpected delay occurs, we will notify you promptly. Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once shipped, standard return and refund policies apply.
